Because of this inhumane apartheid court ruling, (Arizona's S.B. 1070), most Brown Spanish speaking people throughout AmeriKKKa, citizens and non-citizens alike, will now be moreso apt to be attacked by armed “civilian” white vigilantes (Minutemen Terrorists, Skinheads, Neo-Nazis, etc.) “Patrolling” the U.S./Arizona border with impunity. The next lower tier economic enemy is the human labor exploitation by most greedy unscrupulous employers who will stop at nothing knowing full well they will not be reported to the proper law enforcement authorities without fear as they intimidate their undocumented underpaid workers of being deported…, or worse! It’s also been “alleged” that businesses and certain members of “law enforcement” have been working hand in hand in this thriving worker$ human exploitation. Black American free labor slavery then..., Brown exploited wage slavery today! NOTHING HAS CHANGED!

This also goes on without saying that even our barrio “cholo” (street gangs) gang elements in our own communities will probably increase as many, but not all, victimize with impunity and without respect for their own RAZA..., or will they alert their gente (people) when "la migra" (ICE) is in their vicinity making those infamous "roundups"? I have heard that some of these “cholo” types have no respect for own RAZA as they make racist comments themselves about “those wetbacks”! Yet, there are many of these "cholos" whose parents are also undocumented immigrants as well. Many of these confused brainwashed "cholo" segments within our “barrios” don’t realize that most of them are also products of ‘those "wetbacks” they so demean, whose parents and/or grandparents are from Mexico or are from El Salvador, or from other Latin American countries too! Many of them are so “Americanized” who can’t or won’t speak their native Espanol for fear of being called a “wetbacks” themselves. They are in the false belief, thinking they are more "white" than their own Americano gringo slave masters! …Me dan lastima por su ignorancia! "No es ninguna verguenza ser pobres..., pero no hay ninguna escusa vivir en la vil absoluta ignorancia!" (I pity them for their ignorance! "There is no shame in being poor..., but it's absolutely no excuse to live in sheer vile ignorance!")
 

If these “homeboy cholitos” love their barrios and their RAZA as they always claim, then these “homies” throughout Aztlan and beyond, should collectively organize to really protect and fight for their own neighborhood RAZA as an organized political and social force to be reckoned with! These actions of positive barrio activism for their barrio people is how they will gain the respect from their own communities..., and not through bringing fear against those who look like them! They can also organize as one front line liberation revolutionary vanguard movement and convoy with their “ranflas” (jargon for vehicles) to the Arizona border, the epicenter within the Belly of the Real white racist Xenophobe Beast where OUR real enemies are located! …And if they want to do their “Jihadist drivebys”, there are plenty of white supremacist terrorists, i.e., MINUTEMEN, NEO-NAZIS, SKINHEADS, etc. where they can apply their urban barrio guerrilla warfare “skills” with…, EXTREME PREJUDICE!

If these “homeboys” are genuinely looking for “respect”..., the day will come when they will confront those white “civilian” armed vigilantes at the Arizona/Mexico border who are attacking our own RAZA by any and all means necessary! It will also be that they will for certain get their much earned respect they so much seek! But till then, they are continued to be regarded as street gangs who prey on their own RAZA as pawns of the racist powers that be. Wasn’t Francisco “Pancho” Villa a common thief bandit before he became Mexico’s most revered revolutionary war hero during the Mexican revolution of 1910? Hellooooo….?! O where art thou our modern day front-line “Pancho Villas” when we need them the most on both sides of the border?! 

The worst part of it all is that OUR enemy continues today at this point in time as an ongoing campaign of terror, maiming and even murdering undocumented immigrants by roving rogue white armed vigilantes and their lackey lapdogs of “color” in tow!  In the final outcome, the enemy camp has reaped what they have sown..., sheer unadulterated hate towards an arrogant and provocative adversary with whom one day will live to regret they ever invaded this continent! Ironically, the majority of the oppressed masses of color in ameriKKKa live in a bubble of conformity and apathy, even if the oppressors have their jack boots down their throats! As long as OUR gente (people) are given “freebies”, entertainment, "chupis" (habitual daily beer drinking), false expectations while watching their television sets with "pan y circo" ("bread and circuses) as OUR enemies will ALWAYS remain the controlling dominant force in our lives! And make no mistake! Our local police forces on a nationwide scale are also in complicity and at the beck and call of the ruling class 1%ers to quell down the working classes and the rebellious poor marginalized classes because "they" are well aware that WE are becoming a force to be reckoned with! Yet, I ask…, when has in the annals of ameriKKKan HIS-story has any city police forces ever put down the upper ruling class enmasse and handcuffed them as they are carted onto their jails cells, hmmmmmm….?! …NEVER!  

  Unfortunately, there also exists a tiny percentage of unwitting and confused Black youths whom they too feel “superior” to their fellow oppressed Brown brothers and sisters as they are prodded by other white bigots who pretend to be their “friends". Those specific “black and brown” mercenarie$$$ of “color” in mention, do not even realize they are being used as pawns to do their white "friends" bidding and dirty work as they are scheming and ALWAYS attempting to pit Blacks vs. Browns and vice versa while their white slave masters/patrones just sit back and enjoy this “Gladiator Arena” spectacle ala the old classic 1960 movie; “Spartacus” where slaves killed one another for the pleasure and entertainment of their ruling class masters. The late classic actor, Woody Strode acted in this 1960 classic movie who portrayed one of those Arena slaves (Black and Whites) fighting for their lives as the kings, queens and spectators decided who lived and who died right there and then during their Gladiator arena fights to the death. Mr. Strode became personal friend of mine with whom we both struck a mutual friendship until his dying days. We both met during my days as a print/radio journalist/programmer during the early 1990s when I was  covering a community political event in East L.A. To my unfortunate regret, when he passed away, I lost a very great friend as I took his death on a very personal level..., and so did my wife who was also fond of his polite and courteous demeanor to her and all those who knew him on a personal level. I felt very fortunate that Mr. Strode allowed me to interview him and his adult son. I believe I still hold a copy of our taped interview to this day. I was honored and privileged to have known personally this humble giant of a man with great admiration on my part.

In worst case scenario, Black youths are told; “If you don’t stop those ‘messkins’ from moving into your own communities, they will eventually take over your streets and jobs away! The public education system and county hospitals are also being overtaken by them thar greaser spics!” I then ask myself in awe; “What ‘jobs” are they talking about?!" The FACT of the matter is that Black America has ALWAYS been relegated to the same 1950’s (…And long before that!) status of: “COLOREDS NEED NOT APPLY”!  Our white segregationist bigoted adversaries from 50-60 years ago and to this day are still in their same warped mindset, but this time they have a “new” scapegoat to which they can continue to hate..., “legally” and without offending the "coloreds" of yore. This way,the enemy camp is using Black Americans to divide Blacks and Browns one against another. This dastardly scheme ironically works to the enemy's benefit when WE all fall into the claws of their evil agenda to destroy us one by one!
 

These same former white descendants of plantation owners, today now want to cowardly manipulate “their coloreds” to fight their losing race war against a “new” enemy…, “those stinking greaser messkins”!. Hate mongering “those pesky new Brown coloreds” is the “new” flavor of the month throughout white racist Xenophobe continental AmeriKKKa! In reality, OUR adversaries have “replaced” the old race hating diatribes against “negro coloreds” for modern day "Brown messkins” because the U.S. Supreme Court “Justices” just recently said it is “legal” now and it’s ok to outright discriminate against Brown people in Arizona and throughout America as they let this "new law" stand in their latest judicial ruling. It would not surprise me if those same white “Justices” who voted for the return and legalization of DeJaVu segregation days from 60 years ago are now, the "new" and improved" BROWN JUAN CUERVO (JIM CROW), The U.S. Supreme Court "Justices" are already in “damage control” mode by responding to their critics; “Ohhhh… no! We are not racists! We even have a colored ni…, opppps! (Ahem!) ...Ah meant Negro…! (Ahem!)…, No! No! What ah really meant is that we now have a Black man in the U.S. Supreme Court too…, as long as he stays silent and in his place of course!”

I’m certain these same nay sayer “Justices” in black robes were not referring to the great, now deceased, former NAACP civil rights attorney who thereafter became one of the most beloved and respected Honorable U.S. Supreme Court Justices in America…, Thurgood Marshall. No, actually these rightwing “Justices” were alluding to Clarence Thomas…, “their water carrying boy”! This Thomas dude could NEVER in his entire miserable lifetime would never even come close to kiss nor bootlick the footsteps that Justice Marshall ever walked! Thomas, a Republican, is married to a white Republican “ultra-conservative” woman. Draw your own conclusions. Ole “Stepnfetchit” Thomas does not count as a “black man” or even as a “colored”! “Justice” Clarence Thomas will ALWAYS be remembered in the hearts and minds of  Black America and ALL oppressed people of ameriKKKa, as the “negro” who turned his back on his Black brethren and those of us who also do not look like his white plantation slave "massas"! Thomas would NEVER dare bite the white hand that feeds him when "mastah Chalie" throws his leftover meal scraps on the floor and as he greedily licks it as his worthless carcASS depended on it! His “legacy” throughout white controlled AmeriKKKa, will be remembered on the AmeriKKKan public school HIS-story text books in a  revisionist view for brainwashing students and public general consumption, but in the hearts and minds of the oppressed people throughout AmeriKKKa, Thomas will be perceived as the scourge vomit of the earth who NEVER did nothing for those who did not have a voice against his plantation “massas”..., his white ruling class exploiters and oppressors! 

“Judge” Thomas is beyond his old mantra of “knowing your place” to deceive his white slave masters in black robes! He now actually thinks that he’s really an “honorary” white man especially that he’s got a “trophy” white woman for a “wife”! This is where the sad part of the “equation” kicks in! There are countless of generic Hi-spanics and kneegrows, like Thomas, who are in the false belief that by marrying into the white race, this will give them a “pass” to be “accepted” into the “massa’s/patrone’s” plantation/hacienda and dinner table ala “look who’s coming to dinner” syndrome…, through the rear door of course! Some of these miscreant renegades of “color”, men and women alike, will even display their white “trophies” throughout their “hoods” and “barrios” as if to tell their own people; “See.., I got mine!” Little do they know they have become a pariah scourge of their own communities?  However, it’s important to make a clarification that there is nothing wrong with sincere absolute genuine inter-racial marriages. I have several very close relatives and friends who are in inter-racial loving marriages and have produced inter-cultural offspring who are also very close to me as well, I even have family members who are inter-married themselves. Hmmmmm..., let's see, my teenage 15 year old grandson, Mexican/Black Colombian, Eight members of my family in Mexico are half Mexican and Chinese and so on! These in mention are all members of my immediate and extended family. I also have great inter-married FB friends right here too whom I have great respect for them as well! However, many of those other self-hating kneegrows and HI-spanics in the aforementioned are just social climbing opportunists who will sell their own mothers to the highest bidder$…, just to marry a white "trophy" woman like in the case of “Justice” Thomas! Hellooooo…?!

The AmeriKKKan anti-immigrant homegrown domestic terrorist white supremacist organization MINUTEMEN and their goose stepping jack boot seig heil adherents, have been for quite a few years been spewing their racist anti-immigrant and against all RAZA propaganda in the Black communities via their hired $$$ Stepnfetchit house kneegrow, Ted Hayes, married to a white woman, (Ahem! …As I just previously mentioned "Judge" Clarence Thomas.) to foment racial hatred between both oppressed Black and Brown people! The white racist enemies have been using Hayes to play the role of the “harmonica playing” knee slapping minstrel house kneegrow “Pied Piper” to entice and confuse his fellow Black Americans.., especially the Black youth!  He is now the mouthpiece at the behest of the MINUTEMEN TERRORISTS with the sole objective to turn Black Americans against their oppressed Brown Brothers and Sisters all the while Hayes’s slave masters just kick back and watch both non-white races attack one another ala “DIVIDE AND CONQUER”! I say to Ted Hayes; "Ted! Have you no shame being the Judas of your own Black people?! ...And how much are your white massas paying you $$$ to betray the Black struggle you once upon a time you so rabidly espoused?! I guess the $$$ was more mightier than your former "revolutionary" principles, huh Stepnfetchit Hayes?!"

I met this despicable piece of a two legged dog excrement at the former Los Angeles City Hall Occupation just about a year or so ago and his two other kneegrow “hangers on” who accompanied him to probably gather information for his plantation slave “massas”, the MINUTEMEN! When I confronted him and asked as to who invited him to be at the L.A. Occupation and how come he calls the anti-immigrant Neo-Nazi group, the MINUTEMEN TERRORISTS…, “my brothers”?! His response was that he came to be in “solidarity” with the Occupation Movement, and as for the Minutemen…, they are my brothers too!” I wanted to vomit right there and then just by hearing this RACE TRAITOR barking like a lost rabid dog! So my immediate reaction was to alert the Occupation leadership people who were having a meeting of their own just a few away, and pointed out to the who Ted Hayes was. Some of the group members claimed they already knew who this RACE TRAITOR was. “Just ignore him, because no one here even acknowledges his presence here…”, was their answer. Seconds later, Ted Hayes and his band of mercenaries, left without saying a word which the Occupation crowd booed them out of the area..., and deservingly so!                                    

I also urge ALL my Brown brethren not to fall into his trap of fomenting mutual racial animosity between two oppressed peoples of color who are being duped to turn one brother against another brother! Chicanos and Mexicans are a mosaic of people of many colors, including Black Mexicans, most residing in the states of Veracruz, Guerrero and the Yucatan Peninsula! As I mentioned previously, I also found out recently that I have several Mexican born Chinese relatives in Mexico as well! One of my grandson’s paternal Colombian grandparents is of African origins too. ...And I also have three beautiful granddaughters who are half white and half Chicanas too.I am making a very sincere plea to both communities NOT to listen to the white supremacist voices of evil and destruction whose ONLY intent is to divide and conquer us all, especially by this self-hating and “confused” RACE TRAITOR…, Ted Hayes who has NOTHING to offer in the name of Black and Brown UNITY! WE can not fight OUR enemies alone…, WE need each other if WE are to break the chains and yoke of self-hatred and liberate ourselves from their occupation and racism by OUR common enemies at hand!

Black America has lived through the indignities since slavery days and throughout BLACK JIM CROW SEGREGATION since many decades ago. It’s still prevalent in many parts of America today, but in a more subtle “judicial and legal” version; “Driving While Black”! Does the late Rodney King incident bring any memories, hmmmmm....?! White COWARDLY ameriKKKa does not have the “courage” (For lack of a better word!) to admit  today that Blacks are no longer their past time “piñatas” anymore. Oh no! …It’s the Mexicans and ALL Brown peoples turn ala JUAN CUERVO! ...Same mindset, but with a different color and with a different language! Oh yea! WE RAZA can sit on the restaurant counters alright…, but at the same time WE must be keeping a watchful eye just in case the hated “migra” (ICE - Immigration & Customs Enforcement) immigration dogs at all times just in case "they"  are not nearby!Just shout at some of these restaurant or cafe lunch counters; "LA MIGRA!!!"..., and see how fast those same lunch counters will be empty in seconds flat! ...NOTHING HAS CHANGED!

My revolutionary contribution to the struggle has always been an open book to those in the Black and Brown communities who have known me throughout the four decades which I continue to be active today as a writer of sorts and whenever possible I can participate in the actual rallies and demonstrations. When I initially became a journalist/writer many years ago, it was the Los Angeles Black newspaper publishers, The Los Angeles Watts Times and The Pasadena Journal who opened their first doors to me when no one would, which I am very grateful to them. Thereafter, I became a member of the Los Angeles Black Panther Party Vanguard Movement because I wanted to make a difference and unite both of our communities as a Spanish language instructor; “Basic Conversation Spanish”, free food volunteer coordinator located in the South Central area and a diehard Black Panther Vanguard Movement soldier. My Black soul Brother, Jeff Jaggers, and I co-founded the very first Black and Brown political radio satire program in the early 1990s at a local radio station in Los Angeles; “The Team of Tacos & Grits”.(Jeff Jaggers and I still see each other regularly even after over 20 years as former teammates and as very close friends to date.)

It’s obvious that I am NOT new to the struggle since being active from 1972 to present date. I have made grave mistakes along the way, but each time I fall, I manage to get up and continue where I left off…, with or without help. When it’s time for me to leave this planet…, I want to leave fighting OUR enemies to my last strength and breath. I want my writings speak for itself! Maybe history will one day absolve me for my past sins. Who knows, maybe someone out there in cyberspace or elsewhere, will pick up after me where I leave off! …I really hope so!

Black and Brown UNITY will become the key words in ameriKKKa to fully understand the real meaning of OUR struggle as one people! There is no other way to look at it, because WE are left with no other viable alternative…, that is..., if WE are to survive OUR enemy’s constant onslaught attacks on both of OUR communities! Blacks and Browns have much more in common than one is lead to culturally and historically believe. Our white supremacist enemies are adamant in their attempt to succeed in unleashing a rash of mutual race hatred propaganda on both of OUR communities which no one will win in the final analysis if WE succumb to those who stand to benefit from our ignorance and confusion! OUR enemies survival in ameriKKKa is solely depended to pit one one oppressed people of color against another! OUR diehard white racist Xenophobe enemies are like Mayberry RFD's backyard country style bottom pit outhouses filled with wallowing in their own excrement white Maggots as they eat each other like the planetary parasites they are inherently born from Mother Nature's inception when she "created" the human species! (Maggots are white too you know!) "They" are well aware that their days on earth are on countdown mode..., and they know it! When ALL oppressed people of color UNITE as one struggle…, this will accelerate the  decolonization of ameriKKKa! 

Then again, if WE actually think about this concept of decolonization and put it into perspective to analyze it intellectually, politically and not only emotionally, WE are actually no longer one monolithic community of color anymore. If WE all look around, WE are already each others neighbors living side by side and inter-married in many cases which I can attest to this FACT of life!.With the passing of the years since 1972 when I migrated from my native Brownsville, Texas to East Los Angeles, California, I have keenly noticed this has gradually been slowly but with absolute certaintly taking place demographically. Throughout the four decades I have been residing in Los Angeles, there is more of "mixing it up" as Blacks and Browns have become the majority of this metropolitan city as WE now have the numbers…, and “they” do not have that anymore! History and time is on OUR side! ...And as both oppressed communities, WE are becoming one UNITED people..., and there is NOTHING to stop US now from DROWNING WHITE XENOPHOBE RACIST ameriKKKa! ....And "they" know WE WILL BURY THEM ALIVE IN THEIR OWN VOMIT OF DECADENCE!

Not to exclude those other RACE TRAITORS within OUR midst, WE RAZA also have our own “brown” hacienda peon Judases as well! Our Black brethren do not necessarily have a monopoly on turncoats. At one point in time not too long ago, WE had a one Alberto “Albertito” Gonzalez, a former U.S. Attorney general who served under the former Republican President George Bush fascist regime. When this self-loathing generic wannabe a white boy HI-spanic was later interviewed on Univision Corp., a Spanish language national media conglomerate, on “Al Punto” ("To The Point"), hosted by, Jorge Ramos, Gonzalez NEVER answered any direct questions that the host asked him nor did he ever made any effort to speak in Espanol…, the language of his Brown people! Mind you, this interview was supposedly to have been conducted exclusively in Spanish. Gonzalez only replied exclusively in English with a very deep Texas Southern drawl twang whom one would had thought it was a typical white redneck swaggering cowboy type whose voice was heard being interviewed and not “Gonzalez” the HI-spanic "Tejano" (Texan)! What a disgrace and shame he brought to his own Brown race, and as a self-loathing HI-spanic Coconut vendido (sellout) to boot! This goes to demonstrate that no one has a “monopoly” on self-hating ethnics! Those of us, who saw this particular Sunday program in its entirety, saw Gonzalez, a HI-spanic who culturally and obviously regrets ever been born with a “brown” skin, but instead he wished to had been born like his white gringo hacienda (plantation) slave masters! …NOTHING HAS CHANGED!

On the other side of the historical Black Pride, the following links are related to the Honorable U.S. Supreme Justice Thurgood Marshall, whom WE RAZA owe so much for incorporating himself to represent our Mexican American segregation struggle as a legal counsel when we needed an ally the most during the mid 1940s. When WE had no allies back then to speak of, Justice Marshall in 1946 was very instrumental as a young energetic NAACP civil rights attorney in defending a case in California; Menendez vs. Westminster Board of Education…, almost 8 years before the famous U.S. Supreme Court case of Brown vs. Topeka Board of Education in 1954. Yes, Blacks and Browns have been close allies more decades than one can imagine. However, OUR powers that be adversaries have seen to it that this struggle of UNITY between our both oppressed peoples does not become an INEVITABLE Fait Accompli against "them"! It's very unfortunate that mutual distrust and erroneous bigotry between Blacks and Browns still prevail because of ignorance and what certain "conservative" media and the enemy camp adherents propagate to pit one oppressed race against another! Thank goodness for modern technology and the internet that this is bringing those negative manipulated pawns to open up to other people of other races and cultures as racial tolerance. This is also becoming more prevalent today in most  communities of color throughout America.

To this day WE RAZA have not forgotten this great man! Had Justice Marshall been a white man, there would be an outright annual Presidential official Day of Observation, including a place in their American public textbooks and probably would had become an annual federal holiday! But because Justice Marshall was an important judicial intellectual Black man…, that was/is not about to happen anytime soon either! It’s not in the “best interest” of white racist AmeriKKKa to acknowledge people of color who go against the grain especially if it’s in behalf of other fellow oppressed people like himself, especially during those days of BLACK JIM CROW SEGREGATION. In behalf of LA RAZA, WE RAZA THANK THE LATE HONORABLE U.S. SUPREME COURT JUSTICE…, THURGOOD MARSHALL! (See; “The Long 1950s – Browse down to page # 367) – It’s very unfortunate how history then and today briefly and barely mentions the Honorable Thurgood Marshal’s deep involvement on this civil rights legal case in spite that this is now part of our much spoken California Mexican American history throughout our Brown communities in the U.S. When I was attending summer middle school in Mexico, this was the first time I heard of this case…, 40 years before ever setting foot in California! Many Brown people, myself included, to date are still in the belief that American history has NEVER given Justice Thurgood Marshall his genuine recognition for his contribution in seeking justice for Mexican Americans when it was not a popular cause to do so, especially 65 years ago when Black children were still attending segregated schools! BLACK JIM CROW was alive and well in ameriKKKa in those days…, and so was BROWN JUAN CUERVO (JIM CROW), but no one spoke about it or acknowledged on a wider political or social spectrum! ...NOTHING HAS CHANGED!

The problem with OUR RAZA in those days, 50-60 years ago..., was that many Brown people were voiceless, naive and so whitewashed because they were told that WE were "white..., because "OUR birth certificates said so!" Unfortunately, to this very day, WE Brown people are still classified as "white" or "Caucasians" in our own birth certificates, which WE are NOT neither of those! As I have ALWAYS stated on previous occasions, OUR white ameriKKKan enemies must NEVER be underestimated for their evil scheme to "assimilate" RAZA to become "Euro-Americans" which I have resisted then and now to my dying days!  "they" are ALWAYS contriving against their "lessers" in order to dominate and stay in perpetual power in ameriKKKa! WE were classified as "white" or Caucasian" after our land from Texas to California (Aztlan) was stolen and to "pacify those pesky messkin natives", they decided to classify US as such racial entity! ...But that did not mean WE could marry their daughters (which WE have), or "sit down on their dinner tables" either (Which WE now own their damn dinner tables too!) Today, there is another added attraction! WE are now..., "HISPANICS", mind you! I call it; HI-spanics"..., one notch below HISPANICS! This is the equivalent of calling a Black man, "colored" or "negro"! You try denigrating and calling a Black man that and see what happens! When I retire next year or so, I will attempt to initiate a nationwide campaign to declassify those same cultural insulting classifications on OUR RAZA! However, it's obvious that I am just one insignificant ant carrying my tiny grain of sand to build this VICTORIOUS castle which I will need VOLUNTEERS to bring about this endeavor to VICTORY! WE are Mexican, Chicano, South and Central Americans, Caribbeans and everything else from every Spanish speaking nation on the planet..., regardless of color or ethnic ancestry! One more item to note..., those of US who do speak Espanol are NOT only of Brown skin color, WE RAZA come in EVERY color and shade under the sun as a mosaic people, including Black and White too! ...No exceptions! 
The simple FACT why many Coconut HI-spanics are “proud” to be classified in their birth certificates as “white” or “Caucasian” is because this is how WE RAZA are kept as a divided people by our Euro-American colonizers, i.e.…, European looking, Mestizos (Mixed race) vs. the indigenous! To my utter repugnance, I myself am “legally” classified as "white" and “Caucasian” on my own birth certificate, which I intend to fully launch a nationwide campaign to expose and make ALL attempts to rescind this race classification status on US RAZA when I soon retire! Rest assured that I will use my retirement days to exclusively organize a massive national campaign to declassify US Brown RAZA as “white” and "Caucasian" from OUR birth certificates once and for all! …Or die trying!

For many decades than I can remember, the descendants of the authentic ILLEGAL AmeriKKKan interloping colonizers have ALWAYS been part of the anti-immigrant camp’s goal to destroy our language, culture and as an indigenous people throughout Southwest Occupied AmeriKKKa / Aztlan by trying to “assimilate” US to a culture that is not even ours to begin with! Our Euro-AmeriKKKan adversaries are adamant in their attempt to connect us RAZA to Spain which is located in Europe…, and not on this continent! Out of self-interest convenience, this is why “they” came out with the erroneous despicable word classification; “HISPANIC”! In their mindset, this is their way in their white supremacist attempt to connect Brown people to European Spain which those of us who know our true history…, WE RAZA know what time it is! With all due respect to our anti-fascist brethren in Spain, we remain in solidarity in their struggle against their ruling class government and corporate exploitation. but WE still consider ourselves as an autonomous indigenous people!
 

"WE ARE A BROWN RAZA FIRST AND FOREMOST…, NOT EUROPEAN!"

In spite of the white powers that be, "they" are adamant to Europeanize US. Yet, WE are not good enough to neither sit on their dinner tables nor “marry” their own daughters..., then again, why would I want to "sit on their dinner tables" or "marry their daughters" when WE have OUR own beautiful women of color?! There is a great number of these generic Hispanics who are married to their “trophy” white women, just like the aforementioned RACE TRAITOR, Ted Hayes and his ilk, to “complete” the “assimilation process” as Malcolm X would call his hair processing…; “conking it”! Yes, these confused “HI-spanics” are culturally “conking it” too alright!

I term this as…, “The Cultural Genocide “Conking” Process”! Many of these HI-spanics really think they’re mentally and “culturally” superior to their own brethren of color as they erroneously believe to be on the same level with a white Anglo mindset through and through…, because their white friends have told them so! This is one of many reasons why I have ALWAYS been opposed to this “white “or “Caucasian” race birth certificate classification since I became aware of this denigrating and humiliating significance. I am also in the sincere belief this is the utmost offense to US RAZA as an indigenous Brown people, including against me personally as a non-white person! Just because WE as an indigenous people were invaded and conquered by Europeans…, thereby, this does NOT make US Spaniards or Englishmen! I DO NOT consider myself “white” now or ever! WE are Chicanos, Mexicanos, Caribbean, Centro y Sur Americanos…, but NEVER HI-spanic!

It’s the “Willie Lynch Letter” aka “The Making of a Slave” legacy and Euro-American Manifesto, which white supremacists today still lynch Black Americans. Case in point;

James Byrd, Jr. (May 2, 1949 – June 7, 1998) was an African-American who was murdered by three white men in Jasper, Texas, on June 7, 1998. Shawn Allen Berry, Lawrence Russell Brewer, and John William King Shawn Allen Berry, Lawrence Russell Brewer, and John William King dragged Byrd behind a pick-up truck along a asphalt pavement after they wrapped a heavy logging chain around his ankles. Byrd was pulled along for about two miles as the truck swerved from side to side as his body was dismembered all over in a lonely Texas highway.

It’s important to reach out to our fellow Black brethren in general to enlighten them of the FACT that WE are not each others “enemies”. WE are no better than each other when it comes to being a member of an oppressed exploited people by our mutual Euro-AmeriKKKan racist enemy! Our adversaries would like nothing better if this continent was exclusively occupied without any other inhabitants of color, other than their own…, WHITE ARYAN SUPREMACISTS! There are a handful of few Black misguided youths who attack the wrong same discriminated oppressed people like them just because of their skin color, speak a different language and are of a different nationality. These confused Black youths should not buy into the false mindset of their white pseudo “friends” when they are led to believe WE RAZA are their “enemies, when it’s all to the contrary!In all fairness, this worst case scenario can also be said about the Brown RAZA confused youths whom both sides are not raised in environment with social political conscience or awareness of their own lot in life or that of others in their communities as well.
 Its no coincidence of the lies that are pewed as a daily diet by hate-mongering “conservative” (fascist) radio talk and television show hosts via FOX channel type of media propaganda machine and outright blatant racist "talk radio, i.e., L.A.'s KFI 640 AM; “You’re (Blacks) Americans..., they’re (Mexicans) not! …And you have more rights to be here in this country than them meskins!” If I am not mistaken, it wasn’t too long ago when Black Americans had to sit on the back of the buses, order their food at eating places from the kitchen doors and had segregated/apartheid schools and public “accommodations” before the 1954 Brown vs. Board of Education. WE Mexican Americans lived this same indignities too! This included public education school "teachers" prohibiting US from speaking Espanol at ALL times as we simply spoke OUR native language!The irony of it all was that these grade school "educators" were not white..., but they looked "brown" like US! Yet, I knew one particular white school teacher who encouraged us to teach him our Espanol as he taught his class in English. He was well liked and respected by us grade school kids who knew him. There was not one student in that school who did not mind being his student. I was not one of those lucky kids at my school 55-56 years ago! As a former Elementary grade school kid in those days, I was also a firsthand witness to BLACK JIM CROW when my two 5th grade school Black friends, Sam (I can’t remember his last lame) and Bruce Collier, were ordered to sit on the balcony of our hometown local movie theater. I chose to sit with them too! …And now these same white descendants of the ole South are now saying the opposite in 2011 to Black America that Blacks are their…, (Ahem!) “friends and brothers”?! Yea..., right! …AmeriKKKan HYPOCRISY at its “worst” when white “Christian” bigoted AmeriKKKans are now living in desperate times as their time is running out on them. WE call it; “white Christian meltdown”! (TicKKK TocKKK! TicKKK TocKKK!) These same Euro-AmeriKKKan Neanderthal nativists can no longer procreate not even among their own kinfolks…, or their Possum hunting dawgs!  

Today, in 2012, it’s now OUR turn to fight the “new and improved” BROWN JUAN CUERVO evil that AmeriKKKa has bestowed on OUR RAZA! WE are now fighting for the same rights that a few generations ago; Black Americans were denied, and as a last resort, many took it to the streets with non-violent civil disobedience under the leadership of the Rev. Martin Luther King and others, while having their eyes on the prize…, freedom and equality! In all fairness, on the militant revolutionary side of the non-violent struggle, that I am adherent of, there were icons such as Malcolm X and the Black Panther Party, which I became a proud former member of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Black Panther Vanguard Movement. Years later, to this day, I still believe in its revolutionary struggle philosophy which my life has been to live by example to serve OUR oppressed communities!. As a writer of sorts, writing is my “grain of sand” contribution to a revolution that still continues to be OUR battlefront trenches against an overwhelming oppressive enemy powers that be that is adamant in seeking OUR demise as a Black and Brown people! Apathy is a counter-revolutionary thought! Writing is part of a prelude to the logistics of sounding the alarm to masses who need to be INFORMED, EDUCATED AND MOST OF ALL TO RAISE THEIR CONSCIENCE! Once this becomes a Fait Accompli..., OUR VICTORY WILL PREVAIL!

There are times when I want to puke in front of those whom I have encountered at businesses as I would speak to them in Espanol. When I have casually brought it to their attention, many have gone on the "defensive" by responding on numerous occasions; “Sorry, but I don’t speak Spanish..., beside, we speak English in America!” The irony of it all this is that most of these identity "confused" generic HI-spanics feel very uncomfortable when I bring out their self-loathing weaknesses! Some of these self-hating "agringado" (white washed) HI-spanic renegades are of darker skin than me and look very indigenous in the physical sense, but are devoid of their own language and culture either by parentage design or self-conscience who year to be "accepted" by their white "friends"! What a pity and a disgrace to those who turn their backs on their own Brown people! These Brown Stepnfetchit  hacienda (plantation) HI-spanics are unaware how they have become the unwitting  pawns of a psychological defeatist low self-esteem; “Ugly American CULTURAL GENOCIDE syndrome”!

When this situation does happen as I come across these "lost cause" HI-spanics in stores or on other public places, I sarcastically respond; “Oh! I’m sorry! I thought for a moment that you are Mexican like me! But I guess you must be Italian or German, huh?” Some of these HI-spanics simply get red faced and embarrassed in front of other waiting customers in line which is my whole ploy to leave them in a ridiculous state of mind! I have done this to many of this kind of miscreants for many years with the hope that maybe, just maybe one day I might wake up their conscience so that they might eventually find themselves to think why its important to be linguistically and culturally aware. Has it worked? …I have no idea! I never did a follow up on these strangers whatsoever. I have also come across some dyed and natural blond HI-spanic women who will only speak English when I'm in line to pay the store clerks as they pretend to be "gavachas" (white women), when I know perfectly well that they live in the same barrio that I have seen myself and sometimes I know exactly where they reside as their children in tow look very dark skin "RAZA"! Oh yes, men are also included in this worst case scenario!

However, in all fairness, I would like to point out that there are also many sincere Brown people who are non-Spanish speaking, but do acknowledge it’s no fault of their own, because their parents refused to take time to teach their children their own cultural native language…, Espanol! …That’s understandable. I have also met a few RAZA within the Chicano movement who have told me they were prohibited by their parents to speak Espanol. Some have even apologized for being culturally deprived, but they profess to be proud RAZA by all means. One young Chicano once told me; “It’s not the language that we are lacking…, it’s what is in our heart for our people who are in more dire need of raising their political enlightenment.” …He stopped me cold right there then! Because he was right! I also know some who speak perfect Espanol, but are the most self-hating HI-spanic pieces of "brown" trash, through and through! Oh Julio Giron and Raymond Herrera, the MINUTEMEN mouth pieces are the perfect classic examples of language contrasts! Giron speaks perfect Espanol as Herrera speaks bastardized incoherent "Spanglish"! Both are outcasts and personas non-grata in OUR communities! With their kind of treasonous ilk..., who needs enemies! 

Sadly to admit, but I too have relatives who are in this same predicament who don’t speak Espanol either! However, I do have gavacho (white) looking relatives, but most of them whom I know, consider themselves “Mejicanos de Sange y Corazon!” (“Mexicans by blood and heart!”) Yet, there is still hope for some of them renegade HI-spanics, as I have seen some of my own relatives who only speak English, but are sincerely attempting to immerse themselves back into their language, culture and learning their Mexican indigenous true history. Many Chicanos, Mejicanos and other brethren RAZA from different Latin American and Caribbean nations have realized how they have been lied to, culturally and historically to present date from K-12 to the institutions of higher learning. ..., and in many cases, the general English speaking media is held responsible too, but not all, ONLY BECAUSE YOU ARE MAKING IT TO HAPPEN! YES, ...SOME THINGS CAN CHANGE!.
